This unit comes with a 100' electric cord with 110v. plug. Finally, an economical choice for that decorative, yet powerful pond fountain. Large enough to maintain oxygen levels in fish ponds, and keep water quality high throughout the year by destratifying water over the bottom sediments.
Fish ponds deeper than 6 feet can add a draw tube attachment to reach near bottom of water column. A WaterSmith Draw Tube Kit costs and provides the adapters necessary to attach a 4" PVC pipe which can be easily purchased and custom cut at any local hardware store. Other fountains can't be customized to meet the needs of deeper ponds. Call Freshwater Farms for inquiries.
LIGHTING DETAILS
WaterSmith offers two different lighting options to enhance the presence of your new
1 HP WaterSmith Fountain.
The WaterSmith 108 Watt LED Deluxe Light Kit
contains three ultra-bright 36 watt Color-Changing LED lights,
a control box and smart phone app. It can be controlled using an (Android or IOS) smartphone (smart device not included). This allows the user to control the lighting from shore. The control box plugs into a normal 110 volt (60hz) outlet and is rated for outdoor use. LED Lamps are rated for 50,000 hours of life. This light kit is submersible.
The WaterSmith 54 Watt LED Light Kit
contains three brilliant 18 watt Color-Changing LED lights,
a control box and smart phone app. It can be controlled using an (Android or IOS) smartphone (smart device not included). This allows the user to control the lighting from shore. The control box plugs into a normal 110 volt (60hz) outlet and is rated for outdoor use. LED Lamps are rated for 50,000 hours of life. This light kit is submersible.
The Smart Phone controller can be used with or without wifi coverage over the pond where the fountain is installed. It gives the user many features, including setting the lights to the exact color shade you desire, having the lights change colors to the beat of your favorite music and setting up to six different timers to turn your lights on/off or change color patterns automatically. It also allows users to set the light changing patterns to music for festive displays! The user can play music from a playlist stored on the device or a streaming service such as Pandora or Spotify!

WaterSmith Economy LED Light Kit
is best suited for smaller fountains such as the
½ HP WaterSmith Fountain. It contains an outdoor transformer with a built-in photocell for automatic 4hr, 6hr, 8hr or dusk-to-dawn operation. The transformer plugs into a normal 110 volt (60hz) outlet. You have a choice of three bright 5 watt Color-Changing LED lights with IR remote or three 7 watt White LED lights.  LED Lamps are rated for 50,000 hours of life. This light kit is water-resistant but non-submersible; Submerging the light fixtures will permanently damage them.
The Color-Changing bulbs offer a choice of 15 Solid colors (including white) and slow or fast changing of colors through the whole spectrum! Choose the mode of operation and color settings for all three collectively or program each bulb separately (within close range) by using the IR remote control to get unique, themed look. For example, use the remote to make one red, one blue and one white for a patriotic theme. Program red and green for Christmas, orange and yellow for a “volcano” look THE COLOR OPTIONS ARE ENDLESS!!! Once the bulbs have been set, they will return to that setting each night.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Fountain Pump Warranty
All Atlantic Tidal Wave Pumps carry a two year warranty. The warranty is void if any of the following apply:
The pump has been run while not fully submersed causing the thermal protection to trip.
The pump was not run on a dedicated circuit.
The cord has been cut or altered by anyone other than Freshwater Farms. (Modifications to your cord made by Freshwater Farms/WaterSmith have been approved by Atlantic Water Gardens.)
The pump has been misused or abused.
Serial number tag has been removed.
The pump has been fully or partially disassembled.
Warranty for all other Fountain Components
The Float, Float Booster, Nozzle and Pattern Attachments are all covered under a three year warranty. For the 54w & 108w light kit, the Lights and Control Box have a limited one year warranty. For the economy light kit, the
transformer has a limited five year warranty and all other parts have a one year warranty, excluding lamps/bulbs, which are not covered.
The warranty is void if items are misused or abused, damaged by animals, lightning strikes or other acts of nature. Freshwater Farms is not liable for any loss or damage and property damage resulting from installer's negligence.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Keep your WaterSmith Order Form & Receipt for reference. Doing so will help us locate your order in our files quickly, identify the date of purchase and give us direct access to your fountain's serial number.
If your fountain is not functioning properly, follow the trouble shooting guide located on page 14 of your Owner's Guide. If the issue still remains, then call Freshwater Farms/WaterSmith to discuss. At that time, we will give our recommendation on how to proceed. In most cases, we will require the defective part(s) to be shipped back to us before a replacement can be issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when sending part(s) back to us. If it is determined to be a warranty claim, WaterSmith will cover the cost of shipping back to the customer. If the part in question is deemed not defective and/or not under warranty, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the part(s) to the customer.
Pumps:
We will ask you a series of questions to try and identify the cause of the problem. We may have you ship the pump back to us for review before a replacement can be issued. Many times, a quick repair can be made to take care of the issue rather than replacing the pump.
REFUND POLICY
An unused fountain in
new
condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The fountain must be returned in the original packaging or should be professionally re-packed to prevent damage to the product during shipment. You will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee and are responsible for paying shipping. If the packaging was not sufficient and the product arrives damaged, you will be charged accordingly.
