Description:
It is  suitable for measuring the inner diameter of workpiece by comparing method.
Before calibration, the time for adjusting the inner diameter meter and the standard device used to balance the temperature in the calibration room is generally not less than 2h.
First, check the appearance of the bore gauge to determine whether there are any factors affecting the calibration measurement characteristics. For example, the movement of the measuring mechanism of the inner diameter meter should be stable, flexible and free from jamming and retardation. Each probe should be replaced conveniently and be stable and reliable after fastening.
Check the surface roughness of the probe measuring surface and the spherical radius of the probe. Compare sample blocks with surface roughness. It is required that the surface roughness of the measuring surface of the inner diameter gauge with the locating guard bridge, the measuring surface of the moving head and the contact surface of the locating guard bridge should not exceed 0.2um.
