This auction is for:
Lego lot of 5 Police Minifigs + 5 accessories.  You are getting five police figures w/ five police accessories (not everything shown in picture).    Picture shows a bunch of different types of police figures--can be any of the figure types pictured, plus any other police/swat types.
Each figure will be a police type torso and have some type of relevant headgear/hair.
For each figure that you buy, you will get one accessory.  Examples would be handcuffs, printed tiles or pieces w/ police stickers, guns, binoculars, life jackets, walkie-talkies, etc--anything you'd likely find in a police set.  Each accessory will be different in a set of five figures.  If you order ten or more figures, accessories will likely be repeated to a degree.
