    Description

    Up for sale is this lovely antique handwritten manuscript quote from Dr. Currie's, "An Essay on the Principles of Population."  The piece is written on a page which was removed from an album with entries dating from 1829 to the 1830's.  It is American in origin.  The page has a nice little engraved decoration with a handwritten title near the top.  The paper is toned from age with some light foxing.  There is a small chip to one of the bottom corners.  The paper measures approximately 8 inches by 6 inches.  Please look at the scans to note the condition.
