    Description

    For auction is this Antique Pattern Glass Victorian EAPG Spooner Pleat or Icicle Variant Pattern.
    The Spooner is 4 /2" tall and 2 7/8" in diameter at the base, and is unsigned. There is a band of clear smooth diamonds circling the center of the Spooner with vertical ribbed icicles above and below.  The condition is excellent with no chis, cracks, or repairs.  It dates to the 19th century and
    weighs 10 ounces.
    It is being offered from an extensive collection that was part of a museum deaccessions sold by New York Christie's Auction House from a display of Early American pressed Glass at Winterthur, the DuPont estate which houses some of the finest American antiques in the world.  It retains Christie's sticker

    is also painted with accession numbers
