Antique Sterling Silver 18th Century Chamberstick Candlestick Candle Holder
This is an exceptional Chamberstick.  It has a plain circular form with lovely scrollwork adorning the handle.  Unfortunately, we do not have the snuffer that would have been placed in the eye hook on the column.
This hand made piece has what appear to be two very worn hallmarks on the bobeche just below the scroll part of the handle.  The fourth picture is a close up.  It is tested sterling silver.  On the bottom of the Chamberstick, in the center recessed portion are some hand written or scratched letters and numbers.  If you enlarge the eighth photo you may see them.
5 ⅛" in diameter.  Handle is 2 ¾".  3" high.  314 grams.
