Smallest diameter ring that can be hold is 34 mm (on top step outside), 112 mm on the second step & 148 mm on the most outward step. Jaws with shortest step inside - smallest diameter that can be gripped / hold is 3 mm ( btw the lowest step inside), 38 mm on the second step & 120 mm on the most outward step.
