This is a very nice lot of everything you need to get started with the Dark Heresy RPG. The pictures show the exact items that you will receive.
Regarding condition, the core rulebook has definitely been used, and the cover shows the worst wear. I made sure to focus on this wear in the pictures. Fortunately, the pages are all still in nice shape, with nothing loose or torn. The edge of the GM board also looks a bit worn, which I made sure to highlight in the pictures.
