    Darling small miniature sterling filigree candle holder by
    Foster and Bailey circa 1870s - 1890s in Providence
    Rhode Island
    has significant tarnish and the handle has a break from the
    base, but holding on for dear life
    super sweet little antique, quite rare
    about 2.5 x 1 5/8th x .5" tall
    I believe this was part of a desk top set that including an
    owners stamp to be pressed with wax on letters
