This "MASCOTTE" 8" high standard ftd. covered compote that I have here is non flint glass having many numerous table ware items produced in this "MASCOTTE" pattern, this highly collected "MASCOTTE" pattern was produced by the "Ripley and Company out of Pittsburgh, Pa. around "1874"; This "MASCOTTE" pattern can be seen and talked about in one of my many reference materials, one by "Reilly & Jenks" the "EARLY AMERICAN PATTERN GLASS collector's identification & price guide" on pages #320 - #322;
