EAPG Fish&Seaweed or Faux Pomona Celery Vase

At just under 5 3/4" this unique vase doesn't seem to have a known maker published. I recently sold a water set in this pattern and just unpacked this matching vase. It has a stippled and etched background with the fish painted in a couple iridized looking colors (gold & blue) The seaweed is clear. To my eye a very special vase...how many have you seen??? Best offers are anticipated to be "over ask"
