Items come to you clean and from a non-smoking home.   Although items are kept in a pet free room, we do have pets in the home.  Please keep this in mind if you have allergies.  I carefully inspect all items that are put on auction and do my best to describe the quality and condition and give full disclosure.   Most of the items I sell have been previously owned so may show signs of slight use.
