    JAYMAR SPECIALTY CO. “JANIE AND EMMY TWO 8-INCH DOLLS WITH REAL CURLY HAIR" SET #984
    I have been working on liquidating my late sisters collections and many of you who
    have been following my listings and I wish to THANK YOU, ALL!!   I HAVE FUN SEARCHING THROUGH ALL OF HER INTERESTING FINDS!
    Meet JANIE AND EMMY who are TWO 8-INCH TALL PAPER DOLLS WITH REAL CURLY HAIR.  JANIE is the Blonde haired doll and her stand is currently in 2 pieces.  All of the clothing for the dolls have already been cut out but do not appear to have ever had the tabs bent on the dresses.  I have pictured the dolls with each of their own wardrobes.  EMMY is the Brunette in the set and her stand is in one piece.  The dolls have such cute dresses and they appear to be from the 1950's era.  I spot some browning on the back of the clothes as they may have once been in a heated space such as an attic.  There is an ever so small crease in the wrist on one arm of Janie.  Her hair too may need some TLC as it is standing up on the top of her head.  The original box of the set has 2 taped corners on the lid and has one tear on one of the side flaps of the lid.
