Pre-order FAQ:
Q. Item price has changed. Can I buy at the new price?
A. There are multiple factors in the process. We receive different shipments at varied times and varied prices, and thus we raise or lower the sale price based on that price. Please understand we cannot change the price after your order is placed.
Q. The items are available in stores. When will you be shipping?
A. Each seller receives stock from different distributors and those distributors have different time frames. We cannot guarantee that they will ship before or after other stores online or locally as the release date for local stores is not consistent with the online market. All orders will ship as stated in the description.
Q. Can I pay when the items ship?
Unfortunately since we will be pre-ordering the items we will need to have payment received within 7 days of ordering. This way we can be sure of how many to order.
