    We try and process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12am are usually dispatched the same day, by the chosen delivery method. We use Royal Mail 48 as our standard service – which is free. We use Royal Mail 24 for all first class mail, and we use Parcelforce Express for our next day delivery service. We can offer a discounted posting price when multiple items are bought and posted via Parcelforce – please contact us as rates will vary depending on items bought
    Returns
    All goods sold are in a saleable condition. All goods we sell are branded goods supplied direct from the manufacturers, not seconds or re-packaged goods.
    All goods are sent via Royal Mail, or if over 2 kilos in weight are sent via APC courier network. Any goods not received within 7 days are classed as 'late'. Any goods not received by 28 days will be classed as 'lost'.
    Only goods classed as 'lost' will be refunded. All refunds will be in full and include all postage costs.
