Rare Vintage Paragon Cup & Saucer Pink Rose Floral Black Background Teacup

What a stunning set with a hand painted rose and floral Garland encircling both cup and saucer. The black really makes the pink and blue on the flowers pop. There are no chips, cracks, crazing. No significant wear (there a few very tiny white specks in the black paint but nothing larger than a tiny speck, nothing significant enough to even point out). There is however a sort of matte finish to the black. I have found other black sets with large roses and forget me not- and have seen similar notes. It looks almost like hard water (and may be? I don’t know), it most certainly does not detract from the stunning features of this rare set. Cup dings beautifully when taped.
