Hold pipe and tubing in place with the RIDGID BC810A Top Screw Bench Chain Vise. The bench vise securely grips metal piping and conduit with durable steel jaws. It has a built-in crank handle conveniently anchored to the base for tightening the chain. A handy pipe rest and bender help steady the pipe while providing leverage. Built to last, the chain pipe vise features a rugged cast-iron base for exceptional durability and stability. The pipe vise has a 1/2 in. to 8 in. pipe capacity and weighs 37-1/4 lbs.

It’s RIGID, so of course it’s good, but it’s SO much better than generic brand chain vises! With a cheaper vise I had, the pipe would slip constantly because the tightening screw wouldn’t hold tension. Another cheap vise I tried had poor material quality. As a result, the teeth wore out in less than 6 months, also causing slips on the pipe. The RIGID is a completely different story; I cranked down a fitting on 2” pipe with a 24” pipe wrench and it didn’t budge in the vise! There are definitely cheaper options, but eventually you’re going to end up with the RIGID. They last FOREVER and the superior quality makes them worth every penny.

I have several of these vises at different shop locations.This vise is easily the best bench chain vise I've ever used.It is exceedingly well made...heavy duty everything, I can't imagine this vise ever breaking.It's very well thought out and easy to use.If you want the best bench chain vise, look no further.

Returns

When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it.
