Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Please ship your parcel back to Gifts and Supplies freight prepaid and Insured.  Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is not reimbursable.
We do not accept returns of consumable products or items which have been removed from the "blister-pack" packaging. In addition we do not accept returns for processing equipment once used with chemistry, fountain pens (once the nib has been inked) Fountain pen converters, printers (once toner, ink or ribbon cartridges have been installed).
All return shipping is at the buyers own expense and liability.
In cases where an item is damaged or defective, or when it is materially different than the item described on the product detail page, We will cover the costs of return shipping.
Please wait 8 days from date we received the package for us to process your return.
If the above conditions are not met, Gifts and Supplies has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
