Vintage Reed Mfg Co. No 1C, 3 1f/2" combination pipe and bench vise with 360 degree locking swivel base. Has 3 1/2" jaws in excellent. Throat depth is approx 3 3/8". Max opening cap is approx 8 1/4". Weighs approx 52Lbs. Overall dims are approx L15 1/2" X W8 1/2" X H12".
THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE VISE AS FOLLOWS PLEASE SEE PICS. Has slightly bend in main handle and little bit bigger bends in the handles that swivel it. See picturesj.
Otherwise in good clean condition. Arm and Base work smoothly. Opens all the way with no restrictions. No heavy rust, drill holes, cracks or weld repairs. Very very clean. Made in America Erie, PA. It probably has 80% of the original black paint. This is a beautiful Vice that has spent 99.9% of its life doing nothing but collecting dust. If it doesn’t sell I will gladly keep it and put it back to work.
