Here is a Vtg 1966 Original Whitman Publishing Liddle Kiddles Paper Dolls Cut-Outs Lot#1.  I don't know how many of the paper outfits are missing, the folder is good and very colorful, made in 1966, 2 of the cardboard figures are missing.  You can see the pile of paper pieces here for this book.  There is 2 of the same character also, so there are only 7 different dolls.
