Description
Hilda Miloche's paper dolls are highly sought after by collector's. You can look at one of her dolls and be able to identify her work. "Betty Brewer" is Whitman publication #1016 and it was printed in 1942. The doll on the front cover has been punched out and I can feel a slight neck crease. The doll on the back cover is in perfect condition and attached to the cover. The clothes were precisely cut out and were not played with. This set is very difficult to find. I thought there was a reproduction of it and I can't seem to find that either. I don't know if this is complete or not. It's a lovely collectible set with the incredible art of Hilda Miloche!! The entire set is shown in the photos. Please see photos for content and condition. All of the paper dolls that I offer are from estates and from other homes. I don't know the previous storage history. My collection is kept in a smoke/pet free area of my home with a dehumidifier running 24/7. I have a poor sense of smell at my age and am unable to detect odors. People smoked way back when, so that could linger and I would not be aware of it. I try and list all of the flaws with any paper dolls that I sell.
I only ship to the USA.
