    Description

This beautiful little Victorian doll  is the wonderful art of Charles Ventura for Doll Reader Magazine in 1992. It's difficut to find Ventura's artwork done in color and when you do they are usually from magazines. There may be tanning at the top of the page where these were kept in same binder for many years by the collector I purchased it from. I do show the backs of the sets so that you can see any flaws, if there are any.  This is on paper, with print on the backs.  Color plate usually means the set is done on cardstock, not paper, and is blank on the back. If you are looking for a particular magazine set, please contact me.  To see all of the magazine pds I have listed now, go to my store and click on "Vtg magazine paper dolls" on the left side of the screen.
My huge paper doll collection has been purchased from estates and other collectors.  I don't know their previous storage history.  My collection is kept in a pet/smoke free area of my home, with a dehumidifier running 24/7.  People did smoke way back when, I have a poor sense of smell at my age and I don't know if there are lingering odors.  I try to list all flaws with the items that I sell.
I only ship to the USA.  Yes, I do combined shipping and prefer to do that.  It's recently come to my attention that combined shipping can NOT be completed on Smart phones since they failed to add the "request total" button in shopping cart to the phone app. If using a phone, I suggest just putting your items in the cart and then using your laptop or PC to request the combined shipping total.  Everything else can be done on your phone. If you have any questions, I'm more then happy to help!!!
