Weighted Sterling Silver (.925) Candlesticks- reinforced with cement

This is a pair of sterling silver candlesticks that are reinforced with cement. They measure approximately 3.5 inches tall. There are some dents on the base/side of one of them- I have noted this in the pictures as well. Overall good condition, just in need of polishing.
